Welcome to SAARMART03. These terms govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our store is powered by Shopify.
1. General Conditions By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the UAE. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Product Accuracy (Cameras & Gear) We strive to display the colors and images of our cameras as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Billing We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss All delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Prohibited Uses You are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code/viruses.
6. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. دقة المنتجات (الكاميرات والمعدات) نحن نسعى جاهدين لعرض ألوان وصور كاميراتنا بدقة عالية. ومع ذلك، لا يمكننا ضمان دقة عرض شاشة جهازك بنسبة 100%. جميع أوصاف المنتجات وأسعارها عرضة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
3. الطلبات والفواتير نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب تقدمه لنا. أنت توافق على تقديم معلومات شراء وحساب حديثة وكاملة ودقيقة لجميع عمليات الشراء.
4. الشحن ونقل المخاطر جميع أوقات التسليم هي تقديرية فقط. تنتقل ملكية المنتجات ومخاطر فقدانها إليك بمجرد تسليم المنتج إلى شركة الشحن.
5. الاستخدامات المحظورة يُحظر عليك استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو لانتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية، أو لنقل فيروسات أو رموز برمجية خبيثة.
